柴油密度發機械組開機黑屏前重視事變
1.向柴油機加注機油時，必須選用劃定型號的柴油機油。
2.必須利用優良及格的柴油，普通炎天利用0號柴油，冬季利用-10號柴油。
3.查抄柴油機油是不是到規范地位，水箱是不是加滿防凍液或水，柴油管路中排凈氛圍。
--運轉中
1.柴油機在啟動后，應怠速運轉3-5分鐘，再升至額外轉速，不要驀地使它高速運轉。
2.柴油發機電組在任務狀況（溫度較高）時，制止將水箱蓋翻開，以避免燙傷。
3.制止將發機電組防護網拆下后起動機組，避免器件卷入機械。
4.機組運轉中隨時察看水暖和油壓，水溫高于100℃或油壓低于0.1要遏制機組運轉。
--停機時
1.停機時應遲緩降速，怠速運轉3-5分鐘后停機。
2.當情況溫度低于0℃時，應將水箱、柴油機機體及機油冷卻器內水放凈。

出格注重
1.發機電氛圍開關（斷路器）在開機前及停機前必須處于斷開狀況。嚴禁帶載負荷狀況時開機、停機。
2.柴油機嚴禁在無負荷狀況下運轉時候太長（不得跨越15分鐘）。
